Website conversations

When you send a message, the website sends your question and recent conversation to our server and OpenAI to select approved website information. Conversation text is held in the current page’s memory. Refreshing the page clears the displayed conversation. It also clears inquiry-update access; submitted inquiries remain in our private records.

We request that API responses are not stored as response objects. OpenAI and our hosting provider may retain operational or security data under their own policies. Do not share sensitive personal information, private building records or access codes in chat.

Service inquiries

When you choose Send request, we save your name, description, contact method and any optional details in a private database and email the inquiry to Banks Inc. Optional follow-up notes and photos are attached to that inquiry and emailed to the company. Photos are held in private storage. When you submit, we also save the request page and recognized campaign labels from its link to help understand how inquiries arrive. Recognized entry-page and campaign labels are held in session storage in your browser tab, and sent only with your inquiry. These are visitor-supplied source hints, not verified lead attribution. We do not save the full URL, arbitrary query values or referrer URL through this feature, and it sets no tracking cookies. Our AI assistant reviews submitted request text to summarize it, notify our team and suggest next steps. We use these records to respond and coordinate your project, and retain them for business follow-up and service records. Submitted inquiries do not confirm appointments or dispatch service. We do not add you to a marketing list through this flow.

Accounts and project records

Clerk manages sign-in, email verification, and session cookies. We store your verified email, contact details, project assignments, and access history in our private database. Creating an account does not grant access to existing project records. Banks Inc approves project access separately. Account and project cards are retrieved through protected endpoints and are not included in public chat requests sent to OpenAI. Records are retained for account support and project administration; contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website. OpenAI processes messages to select approved answers. Clerk provides authentication; Neon stores account and project records. Neon provides the private inquiry database; Vercel Blob stores optional photos privately; Resend delivers inquiry notifications to our MXroute-hosted company mailbox; OpenAI powers our internal request-review assistant. Submitted information is processed by these providers to operate the service. We use request limits to reduce abuse.
